      Pros

      Decent job security / Low Turnover (may depend on business unit) Lots of online training available Provides plenty of resources and guidance for career development

      Cons

      Inflexible policies Slow rate of wage increases if you're not in management.

      Pros

      Since this is a big company, it is reasonably stable.

      Cons

      Management runs a lean ship so there is the expectation that the salary workers will do overtime while the hourly folk don't get the OT. They strip you of vacation hours at the end of the year. They often have some layoffs in January or February.
