      Pros

      Great benefits. Excellent 401k match. Generous vacation policy. Team members become like family.

      Cons

      The work load is really, really horrendous. It never lets up. I work between 50-60 hours most weeks. Company is constantly changing products and procedures, but seldom are they an improvement. I wouldn't recommend Adp as an employer.

      Pros

      Very secure place to work. Whenever efficiencies have been made, all of them have seemed like they were an excuse to get rid of the deadbeats.

      Cons

      Cons are limited to the Salt Lake City office. Salt Lake upper management heavily discriminates against Non-Mormons. If you are not Mormon and you would like to work in the SLC office, do not ever plan on getting into a managerial role. 60% of workers are Mormon while 100% of middle and upper management are Mormon.
