      Remote work was acceptable for a time

      Cons

      Leadership is always a vague idea with no plans for real execution. VP's act like middle managers and simply in-fight with no shared alignment or goals. Always cutting and outsourcing positions yet VP's and above or never held responsible for lack of success.

      Typical big corporate bureaucracy

      Nice office space, execs do seem to care about people

      Cons

      Worst of typical corporate bureaucracy. Most of your time is spent in meetings or administrative bs. If you want to work in tech, do yourself a favor and go find a real tech company instead of a company that wants to be a tech company at some point in the future
