      Pros

      Good hours, but that's about it. 401k Matching

      Cons

      Terrible benefits with the exception of 401k (matching 6%). Upper management is very tight knit and will never get laid off. Employees and jobs are never fulfilled and pawned off to current workers. Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs all the time.
