Large company stereotypes find truth here - lots of red tape. Training is plentiful, but inefficient and ineffective. Management could be more nurturing and motivational rather than worrying about the bottom line. Inefficient implementation process. You're at fault when a client does not start on time or at all, though the specialist does not make the sale.
