Pros

There are many areas and opportunities for career advancement. People are fun to be around. Ability to work from home if needed.

Cons

You will be overloaded with accounts that you are not able to handle and will work much overtime. You will give up much time away from personal life and will not be rewarded in any way.

Pros

They leave you alone and therefore there is no micromanagement (despite the excessive reporting of the same information to multiple reports).

Cons

They leave you alone while they pile on the work. There is absolutely zero ability in management to understand what it takes to staff projects properly. Projects are dished out like kleenex to everyone regardless of the size or scale of the actual project. Each resource has to handle anywhere between 25-40+ projects at any time...and it never stops. Working here has seriously decreased my desire to wake up at all in the morning.
