Having clear structure, coworkers from across the globe. Many people have been working in the company for more than 10 years which clearly means the company can offer a stable carrier

Cons

No clear bonuses, no explanation of carrier path you have to do it on your own, internal pay grades you don’t get familiar with unless you ask,

Great Company, benefits, reputation and opportunities to grow.

Cons

Felt unstable, very numbers oriented. Lots of layoffs and people out for themselves. Automated onboarding process was too hands off, went a week without interaction with a human being.
