Frequent organizational changes impact positions and abrupt cultural upheaval. Very silo style internal services. Many areas to access in order to understand full business direction.

Flexibility with being able to work from home. I work more but it's nice to be home while I am working all the time.

Cons

No work like balance. Client load is unmanageable and management doesn't seem to care. Very stressful. Management doesn't appreciate how much their employees sacrifice for ADP.
