Pros

There are no pros this job is the worst you have to trouble shoot peoples pay checks issues and the pay is barley 20 an hour.

Cons

Everyone you speak to is upset all the time.The people who work here lack professionalism. The way they email ans peak is comical. All this being internal The calls are never ending a ton of work for very low pay. They advertise much higher pay online but its a bait and switch. Very mediocre pay in 2024. so many other places that pay better with much less intensity.

Okay pay Hybrid work schedule Almost everyone says they stay because of the people they work with

Cons

Not enough pay for the work that you You are every department They don't care to change how the company runs because as they lose people they just replace them without changing the reasons for their high turnover rate in that department Only department not to get a full Christmas break
