      Pros

      Good Management team that works with reps to help them grow. Outstanding sales training program that focuses on strategic sales. Best technology in the industry.

      Cons

      Territories are extremely small in the Up Market Sales Position Base salary is pretty low and the commission structure is tiered so for your first 3 months you aren't making much money unless you really destroy your quota.
