      Pros

      Tuition reimbursement and support from management to better yourself was outstanding. My boss was also very flexible in regards to taking time off and dealing with important issues. We also had a huge network of other offices to interact with if necessary.

      Cons

      The corporate ADP culture seems old and outdated. It should become more fresh and lively to fit into today's mold of what makes an agile company. To get a pay raise, 17 actual people signed off on the paperwork. Maybe it is more streamlined today but I doubt it.

      There are lots of job opportunities within the company Lots of recognition People you work with are smart and just overall great people

      Cons

      Pay is not great That's all I can think of. ADP is a great place to work and if you are competent and have a great work ethic you'll do fine.

      Good resume builder, excellent benefits included, coworkers were friendly and knowledgeable

      Cons

      Lack of responsibility by management, unfocused training to reps, lost of time wasted with red tap and unneccesary meetings.
