Pros

Hiring process and transport facility are good. Apart from no good things abt the co. come to mind.

Cons

Undeserving People are at management don't know how. Tremendous work pressure. Employees are forced to do OT & stretch but dont pay for that. No job guarantee employees can get laid off & fired anytime. Strict rules about breaks, leaves. Deceiving offer latter. Dont get whats written in offer later. Need to work really hard to get whats in offer later.
