Work is not appreciated. No over time compensation even when you are asked to work more than the required hours. Life is difficult if you are not a management level employee. The management will get the required work out of you through exploitation and then forget everything you have done citing few nominal points and making a big issue of it.

Less opportunities and doesn't push employees out of their comfort zones for development.
