      Pros

      Great culture - people are friendly and approachable Opportunity to work with brilliant and passionate people Company cares about its people - they literally have some employees' photos on all elevator doors Exciting time with the rebrand - focusing on the future and inspiring change

      Cons

      Really had to look for one but I suppose it can feel a bit siloed at times, if you don't naturally interact with some departments - though I don't think it's unique to AGF as many companies face this challenge

      Pros

      - Plenty of opportunities to grow professionally (Opportunities to grow are visible and can be taken on, work is challenging, and support for education is great) - Can see how my work makes a difference - Fantastic benefit plan!! - Management encourages innovation - Compensated well - Great work environment and location (Toronto)

      Cons

      - Communication between departments and from top down could be improved, but it's evident that this is being worked on
