The decision to undertake an organization restructure is never an easy one and this one was no exception. Best practice organizations are never finished when it comes to optimizing their structure and here at AGF, we conduct reviews our structure on a regular basis to ensure it is aligned to our business priorities and growth opportunities. As a result of our recent review, we implemented some changes that ultimately had some people implications – hard decisions that were not undertaken lightly. We do appreciate that these decisions can be difficult or disconcerting for remaining employees to process. Please be assured that our departing colleagues are well supported and respected in their transition.
