      A Company Undergoing Change

      Pros

      It has a great culture and a lot of smart people. There is a real focus on improvement. "Discipline" isn't just a marketing word, it's something that the company is trying to bring to everything it's doing. It makes it an exciting place to get projects done.

      Cons

      As a new employee, I find it hard to break down barriers between departments. But once I have made a connection outside of my department, everyone is welcoming.

      Pros

      Great culture - people are friendly and approachable Opportunity to work with brilliant and passionate people Company cares about its people - they literally have some employees' photos on all elevator doors Exciting time with the rebrand - focusing on the future and inspiring change

      Cons

      Really had to look for one but I suppose it can feel a bit siloed at times, if you don't naturally interact with some departments - though I don't think it's unique to AGF as many companies face this challenge
