      - Plenty of opportunities to grow professionally (Opportunities to grow are visible and can be taken on, work is challenging, and support for education is great) - Can see how my work makes a difference - Fantastic benefit plan!! - Management encourages innovation - Compensated well - Great work environment and location (Toronto)

      - Communication between departments and from top down could be improved, but it's evident that this is being worked on

      Talented and dedicated teams that are willing to go above and beyond the norm.

      Cons

      Weak management only interested in feathering their own nest rather than doing the right thing including putting together a real session plan and providing opportunity for people to move up.

      Very helpful and supportive workplace. You will develop a strong understanding of the technology you use

      Cons

      While you do tend to get occasionally interesting tasks, the down times can be frequent and boring as you will be delegated tasks which are repetitive.
