      Great people, small office with executive interaction. Lots of hands on and broad exposure to asset management.

      Little upward potential, other than that this really is a great place.

      Departmental management not helpful, culture a definite issue, heirarchy enforced, leadership sorely lacking, desire to use consultants who provide little to no value

      Pros

      People make all the difference, and AGF has a lot of really good ones.

      Cons

      It's a pure straighforward mutual fund management company. The revenues are mainly based on Portfolio Manager performances, and hence, every one in the firm is at their mercy.
