Correct working hours. Well maintained ships. Safe working practices.

Cons

Too many mafious Italians on the bridge. Lack of leadership and fail comply with carnival work ethics. Altough it is advertised everywhere what is right and what is not, in the moment of the truth the management coudn't cope and run the easy way.
