Pros

- Wide range of possibilities to grow - international team & multiple cultures and languages - an extraordinary lifestyle, travelling, young colleagues - lots of benefits such as travel discounts, access to the gym etc

Cons

- high pressure, lots of work, fast paced, 100 unforeseen things happening every day, little work life balance - lots of people who are not qualified for their jobs, extremely young and unexperienced people get a leadership position - 'party environment', many people don't take their job too seriously - sexual harassment
