Pros
I really loved working for Aida, it was the best workplace I have ever had. Even if, as a woman I always feel that when I do my techie job, it's not really equal, never with Aida I felt this. I would like for the shipping companies to restart and would work for them again, not thinking twice.
Cons
Well, downsides are always linked to accommodation. Cabins are small, especially if you need to share.
