Pros

Quality of crew, divesity, camaraderie. Good woarking environment, job and rank benefits.

Cons

Size of the ships, they are too big with too much passangers. Use of HFO for engine propulsion together with Scrubbers actually polluting sea water and personally I’m against that.

Pros

they are keeping the rotation strict

Cons

racism exists, company is unfair when it comes to promoting certain nationalities, food for the crew is terrible, the only people that prosper are either germans or those that lick the butt of a german boss. Micromanaging all the time for the sake of being annoying.
