Salary growth very dependent on career path, engineer position not favorable. In many groups, very demanding and stressful but different between areas. Ongoing efforts to decrease end of year bonus for normal employees and to increase for higher management.

The housing situation is impossible with many people spending more than 50% of their netto salary just on rent. The work from home policy also does not allow you to work far away from the office unfortunately. HR provides very little support in this regard.
