Great conditions of work: Flexible working times, 40 days of holiday, targets self set so pressure can be adjusted
Cons
salary is okay for a company of this size Its unnecessarily hard to move positions. Managers are supportive at first but a lot seems to be going behind the scenes to prevent people from moving teams. Also with more responsibilty often does not come more salary.
