      Pros

      Good company, fascinating product, chance to travel, structured workflow, and good colleagues. Work-life balance is good, with 40 vacation days, good base salary and flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Employees are not incentivized to develop themselves. Trainings are fuzzy, and 95% is learnt on the job. Coaching and mentoring not encouraged. Some colleagues are too focused on keeping their job, they are not collaborative.

      High tech company. Challenging work. Possibilities for international travel or transfer. Open communications, many different carrier paths at Netherland office.

      Cons

      Jobs can be specialised. Limited place to move up. Work life balance is very bad especially in the asian offices.
