      Depends where you are in the company. Potential to learn a lot and do well, but must have drive to push.

      Pros

      Possibilities to travel. Management style is usually pretty good. Exciting work. Responsibility if you push for it. Pay is pretty good. Work/life balance culture is very good.

      Cons

      Flex workers (through agency) have no job security and few benefits. Easy to fade into background and be sidelined if you're not pushing your exposure. A lot of bureaucracy.

      Excellent benefits, advanced technology, opportunity to work with state of the art equipment. Excellent training for 5 weeks in Phoenix Arizona.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, switched from day to night shift as needed by the workload, hard to accommodate, not enough notification time in advance
