      Ideal for a long term employment, a great place to work for mid-senior level. Good balance and considerate with Work and life equality level.

      Cons

      Challenging for people who starts in entry level due. Quality organization need to be structured well.

      Pros

      ASML has development engineering at a level well above other engineering firms, its technology is at the limit of cutting edge. Very sophisticated equipment, creation and development of new technology. You will learn engineering that cannot be learned anywhere else.

      Cons

      Growth continues and the facility is bursting at the seams. Parking is a challenge. commute is difficult for those living to the east.

      ASML is a fantastic, well-organized organisation with plenty of growth opportunities. For interns, there are plenty of fun activities making you feel you are part of something big.

      Not specifically a negative aspect, but ASML is a performance driven organization that requires a specific mindset and ability to work under high pressure.
