Good pay Very supportive and cooperative work environment Extremely intricate and precise engineering will test your knowledge Huge trove of training materials and in person classes

Cons

Work space needs upgrade. Cubicles and carpet look rather old. Engineers can sometimes be bogged down by documentation and not really focus on design work.

Innovative company which also pay good relative to Dutch market. The multinational character of company is unique and welcomes foreigners.

Cons

As a D&E engineer I have nothing to complain. Perhaps ASML can go with Dutch work-life balance system and provide options either for part-time work or one-day working home.
