Pros

The benefit packages they provide. The pay is above average too. If compensation is important to you this would be a place to be.

Cons

Upper managment at times do not seem to appreciate the diverse and creative minds working for them at all levels

Pros

The medical benefits and commission monies, and being a union office.

Cons

management is inept, treat employees with no respect...management likes turmoil in the workplace, loves to write employees up for "insubordination"...thats the buzz word. First level "Sales Managers" are anything but..no motivation, no selling skills...just pressure, and more micro-manage time keepers then anything else. They are so afraid of their general manager that they encourage employees to cheat, steal, anything to try to make a sale. The GM pitts the first level managers against one another. No sale or customer service is good enough. You are only as good as your last sale.
