Cons
I never worked less than a 60 hour week and management doesn't listen when you tell them the project/program is grossly under staffed. Even with time off available I couldn't get the OK to use it (they have a use-or-lose policy with PTO) so since I was essentially working for free 10-20 hrs a week without being able to take a week off (I had 3 weeks of leave to burn) I decided to leave the company to get some rest.
