Cons

Attention focused on hub locations, change is hard to make, shift towards RTO, hard to move up

Pros

Great community to join. It feels like college after college. Opportunity to try out permanent teams at att. You have a supervisor to help you navigate corporate.

Cons

Promotions only depend on your visibility and how well the group of supervisors like you. They tell you to be involved and do well at your job but that doesn’t matter at all compared to if you’re liked. You can be put on really dysfunctional teams with terrible work environments. Everything is super political. RTO requirements keep getting increased.
