Pros

Fast career advancement for good people, wide range of projects to choose from. Plenty of international opportunities.

Cons

Bad integration into firm for experienced hires. Excessive stripping away and automation of non-consulting operations cause endless frustration. Poor training, no formal structure to your professional development- is left very much in your hands.

Pros

Great reputation and diverse workforce. They have very intelligent people working there and you can gain alot from the talent. It is a dynamic consulting firm with a strong international reputation too. Benefits are great too.

Cons

Alot of politics and networking to ensure you are staffed. Morale is great when you are on a great project but when you aren't it's tough to get out and finding a new project is challenging. If you are an experience dhire, they have a hard time finding good fitting projects for you and aren't sure how to utilize you. You also have a tough learning curve on your first few projects. If you aren't staffed it's miserable trying to get staffed and you have to most likely take any project in order to reduce the risk you are cut.
