Did not find any pros since they don't appreciate human value

Its not a good place to work. you will be working more than 10 to 12 hours and when it will come for salary increment they will tell you....you are not doing well. Please dont join this company if you want to succeed in your life. There will be 10 manager seating on your head and if you say no to one manager you will be screwed. No increment, mental torture and harassment and Finally you will be in depression. Policy is just in papers. Its Manager driven organization where no respect for work and Human. Kindly save your self by working in this organization.
