      Pros

      - Great office culture, - Everyone has the motivation to do well in the business. - WFH opportunities - Colleagues worldwide are all willing to help you. - Aira are always trying to improve ways of work and processes.

      Cons

      - Progression is sparse at the moment - but this is due to the company transitioning from a startup to a more established business. Prove your worth to the company, and you will get recognition. - Training is very much learn as you go - a lot of things to learn
