      Pros

      The company in the US finally has a vision that positions the lines of businesses to go to market as a single entity.

      Cons

      **Poor systems and overall IT infrastructure **Some managers are incompetent and shouldn't be managing people. In certain circumstances, they have an "in" with the good ol boys" club, allowing them to be managers

      Pros

      Great place to work, lots of fun work activities, good people to work with,free parkng too.

      Cons

      Salary below average, career paths are uncertain, management is too heavy with many Directors and VPs having no direct reports, which is strange.

      Pros

      Allianz is very involved with the community and they are passionate about giving back and volunteerism. Their 401k and health benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Lots of infighting and virtually no trust between departments makes working there difficult at best. It is comical to read that Allianz is a top 100 places to work, because it certainly wasn't the experience most people had.
