      Pros

      The people are excellent. The front line staff is very helpful and cheerful and very hard working. The cab facility is excellent there is a good work life balance if you are part of a business division

      Cons

      Corporate functions is like a sweat shop. You work tirelessly without reward. HR managers are not helpful at all and have poor leadership qualities. Working for the BPO is the best as the head is a nice person, very helpful and is a strong leader as are the heads of the other business division. Pantry food can be better

      Pros

      Many employee recognition programs and the benefit package is excellent with APL, competitive salary and annual incentive comp. There are also nice perks that come with the company to include a nice cafeteria, fitness facility and on site daycare.

      Cons

      Difficult to get promoted above Director level within the company, sr. mgmt. hires come from other companies in the area versus promoting from within. Product's are not very diversified.
