      Pros

      Allianz has a great culture. The employee body is their greatest asset. I learned so much about insurance, and the training was great.

      Cons

      They had three layoffs when I was there. I was included in the third layoff. I had worked there 8 years.

      Pros

      The people really practice the company credo of "be true in everything you do". Not only are the people authentic, but they are caring, considerate, intelligent, positive, and great to work with.

      Cons

      While the organization is HUGE globally, there may be limited opportunities in some career paths depending on your willingness and ability to move around. If you're a dynamic individual that knows how to leverage your skills into different areas of the business, you can easily overcome that obstacle.
