      Pros

      Autonomy-Free to make your own schedule Benefits-Health, Vision, Dental, 401K Time-off-3 weeks PTO. Use it or lose it policy Flexibility-Ability to use your PTO as needed CEO-Hands on and approachable Support Staff-Always there for you whenever/wherever needed

      Cons

      Not a lot training-Feast or famine Pay-Commission opportunity is ok, but salary is below average for industry Middle Management-Abraisive Huge gap between senior employees and new employees-There are people with 15 yrs+ experience, but then there are associates with less than 12 months. Not a lot in between

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers that would be considered friends. One Sales Manager that is helpful and friendly. Central location easily accessible by public transport.

      Cons

      10 hour shifts on a Sunday. Low wage. Very little flexibility. Incredibly hard to qualify for "bonuses". Large percentage of Team Leaders posses a bully mentality and are intimidating to approach.
