Pros
It has been a fine organization fr the past 14 years. Committed to customers and a strong culture of innovation based on customer experience always drive by bottom line results.
Cons
Unfortunately the culture in this organization has changed tremendously in the past 2 1/2 years. From a valued employer and very often the employer of choice always driven by the excellence of their people the organization moves towards a culture of shaming and blaming. The lack of trust in people and the lack of empowerment is u unique. I wouldn't want to work there anymore.
