Pros

Amazing team spirit, everybody is helpful and would assist if you need guidance, just ask. Great management, very supportive and helps you attend training, makes sure you are satisfied at work or working from home. Great package and fairly paid We take our leadership principles very seriously and everybody upholds them on a daily basis. Great opportunity to grow professionally and personally.

Cons

A lot of new processes to learn in the beginning. Must remain updated with processes. Sometimes you might get overworked but relay that to your manager they will rebalance the workload.
