Pros

Money is decent. Absolutely no development, work life balance, and constant mistreatment by leadership

Cons

This role is not for MBAs. You will be in your feet for 50+ hours per week, dealing with angry associates and stressful leadership that care only about metrics versus your development. You will not be given opportunities to work on projects and will be expected to work any shift (nights included). There is blatant favoritism. Your success is completely dependent on your site and the program does not support with anything. If you have other career choices take it versus doing this. You will waste your career away.
