Pros

Great path to move up in the company because you work with the managers. You also get to understand most systems giving you an advantage over others that are applying for higher positions

Cons

Share the stress of managers and Pa's, but not getting paid the same.

Pros

Free to wear whatever made you comfortable, Fast pace, nice environment, Incentives

Cons

Management has the power to create disciplinary acts if they "don't like you". If you are favored then a lot of things would be over looked.

Pros

Benefits, plenty of hours, decent pay, decent opportunities to advance in the company if given the chance, cafeteria has plenty of options and plenty of tvs

Cons

some time slots are very inflexible with hours, too much micromanagement, bad working conditions (legal gray areas), too much pressure to perform to metrics, management does not work together, nobody takes responsibility for mistakes, issues only patched and not fixed, Cafeteria has overpriced fresh food, monotony and unnatural repetitive movement can take a toll on the body
