Pros

Above average benefits, flexible and accommodating team members, good learning opportunity, innovative products that will keep you involved and motivated.

Cons

Career progression is difficult and depends on others opinions and not on the actual impact. When it comes to people, Senior management only care about what's written in the documents instead of actual impacts. If you are lucky to get a good manager, you can think of continuing in this place. Please do not join a manager outside of your function, they do not value you or your skills and will not treat you with respect. They will only care about their own function. There are managers who deliberately stop your internal transfers after you initiate transfer applications with their consent (and they are not rare!!) Be watchful of such managers.

Cons

Frugality can be a bit extreme Sometimes we have metrics just for the sake of having them
