Pros
If you are a hard worker physically and have a very strong work ethic you will be moved to other positions relatively quickly to get you out of the package scan floor, but all positions you could be moved to require just as much work.
Cons
Back breaking work with recognition being rewarded with in-house reward currency that builds up slow. Shifts can extend by an hour or two without any warning, and the forecasts for shift length are rarely accurate.
