Pros

It's one big family of colorful personalities! There are multiple positions you can take on (and they do cross training), and the teamwork is awesome there. The Ambassadors are really human and approachable during my shift. You also get a good workout (but it's easy work), which is pretty much what I needed anyways (I have always had a sitting office job, and this was a nice change of pace). I enjoy sorting alot more than some people because it keeps me busy until each break, and before I know it, work is over. It beats always checking the time. I feel accomplished at the end of my shifts, usually. I really enjoyed how they give everyone a chance at employment here. You start off seasonal and then convert to permanent if you desire. There's just a lot of opportunities here to grow and advance. You really do challenge yourself to be at your best (meeting rates for sorters). They have been providing food for our hardwork and gift cards as well, which is a great way to keep up the positive morale. You WILL make mistakes, but you are allowed to correct them and learn from them- I really like that about this place. They dont expect you to be perfect right away. There are chances you are given and you don't get ridicule right off the back. Everything is a learning process. The base pay is a good! You have the flexibility to choose your schedule at the start, to fit your needs and lifestyle. You can take up VETs when available, for extra income, and VTOs! Safety is huge here, which I admire greatly. Bottom line is, so far the leaders seem quite empathetic, which is always nice. People stay or leave because of management, and I have to say right now it feels like family to me. Oh, and ambassadors always go over anything important during standup, so yay! Also, their app is a life savor. Everything you need to call out, request is there.

Cons

It really just depends on how you were trained and by who. When I started, there was a small detail no one taught me about. It was actually quite important to know, but I quickly realized it was because during training, there was no opportunity to share that info physically (it needed to be demonstrated), and it is something easy to forget for anyone.
