Pros

Great benefits package although every health plan had a deductible this year. Good work/life balance with flexible hours.

Cons

Immediate management doesn't know how to do the job and having a hard time understanding the difficulties of the position. I take the job home with me every night and its keeping me up at night.

Pros

The only good thing I can say is that the pay was ok for the area.

Cons

Well, it was like being in the army.. you had set breaks, you could not change breaks. You were set up with a schedule (no choice). The managers would yell at you for no reason and make you feel stupid. They would get mad if you took a 2 minute bathroom break, I have a medicial condition.. I wasn't at Amex that long due to their attitudes. Everyone there was unhappy and had a attitude about everything, it was not a great learning enviroment either. They trick you during training time.. they make it seem it's the best place in the world to be. LIES!
