      Pros

      It is rare to find a company who believes their mission statement and actively works towards it. They empower their employees, value the company culture AND has a great product to take to market. AppDynamics enables employees to be better than they thought they could be by encouraging team work, collaboration, personal development and integrity.

      Cons

      Young company so minor administration processes need to be confirmed, however, this also enables employees to have a greater say in how certain procedures would work best for them.

      Smart people, high bar in engineering, fast environment, a startup like atmosphere where everyone's contribution matters and adds value.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but the growing pains and lessons of working in a successful startup.

      Pros

      Innovative product, technically deep with lots of interesting problems to solve, great team, amazing culture, committed excited people. Disrupting a big market. As an engineer, we work on everything from highly scalable servers and big data to low level systems programming and virtual machine internals to intuitive user interfaces.

      Cons

      Eat too much of the free food and you could get fat.
