      Pros

      Fast paced startup, with a great management team and tons of opportunity to grow. It's a place where if you are smart and work hard, you can really make an impact.

      Cons

      Things are moving fast and changing frequently, so if you are resistant to change or unable to handle ambiguity, you will suffer.

      Pros

      AppDynamics is a very exciting company to work for. There is a great team all around in place from sales to development and they continue to add top-tier talent. Excellent group of people in sales, which make going to work everyday very enjoyable. If you excel in any role there is plenty of opportunity for growth (both personally and professionally). The compensation and benefits package is also great. Being part of a company that is disrupting an industry is also very exciting.

      Cons

      A growing company mean that territories will continually be cut smaller and smaller.
