Pros

The company has a group of professional and talented people. A lot of them are hard workers dedicated to the company. One of the company's appealing benefits is their tuition reimbursement program. I would recommend taking advantage of the program while you are there.

Cons

The company is not the same company it used to be 15 years ago. Lots of changes have happened with the shift of focus to Asia. If your skills are not marketable outside the semiconductor industry, you may find yourself overly stressed about job security. Lots of unpaid overtime hours.
