      Very smart people. Values core engineering, ideas related to advanced techniques. Flexible working hours. Good work life balance. Healthy bonus structure.

      Cons

      Lack of enthusiasm in using/collecting data to build business cases. Unpaid shutdowns every few months, even when the company is doing great.
